Quiet Operation

The battery-powered SHA 56 shredder vac / blower is the first of its kind in the STIHL lineup. This versatile 2-in-1 tool will help you keep your yard free from leaves and debris year-round. Ideal for working in noise-sensitive environments, the SHA 56 is so quiet that it can be operated without the use of hearing protection. With its lightweight padded shoulder strap and rotatable handle, you can work comfortably in both operating modes until the job is done right. For maximum performance, the tool comes with two tubes—one for each specific operating function. The tubes can be changed quickly without the use of tools so you can move smoothly between blower, and shredder vac tasks. When operating as a shredder vac, the 10:1 volume reduction helps make cleanup a breeze. The catcher bag has an asymmetrical design that allows you to keep operating comfortably as the bag fills, plus a long, easy-to-grab zipper that enables easy and complete emptying. With its robust construction, the SHA 56 will be a flexible and reliable addition to your battery-powered tool kit.
